    不要像家庭主妇一样，洗碗筷时总带著一副愁容。她一心一意地想把碗筷洗干净，然而，却没有觉察到自己的心竟是污秽的！你见过这种事吗？她仅看到眼前的碗筷，其实，她看得离自己太远了，不是吗？我说呀，你们有些人大概都会有过这种经验，而这也就是你们必须观察的地方。一般人祗专心洗碗筷，却让自己的心染污了，这样子不太好。他们遗忘了他们自己。

Housewife

Don't be like a housewife washing the dishes with a scowl on her face. She's so intent on cleaning the dishes that she doesn't realize her own mind is dirty! Have you ever seen this? She only sees the dirty dishes. She's looking too far away from herself, isn't she? Some of you have probably experienced this, I'd say. This is where you have to look.
