当人能在困境之中，不忘慈悲，安忍于道的修持，利乐身边一切有情，这才突显出生命的价值与光辉。

When a person lives in difficulties and does not forget compassion, he peacefully endure the suffering with the cultivation of the Path to bring happiness and benefits to all the surrounding sentient beings. This makes the value and glory of life conspicuous.

中道的修行，就是能如实了知世间的一切现象，都是依着缘起法而生灭不已，所以不生染着心。

The practice of the Middle Path is able to correctly view all worldly phenomena which continuously arise and cease base on the law of Dependent Origination. Therefore, one does not give rise to the mind of attachment.

人人都是佛，但人人都不知道自己是佛!

Everyone is a Buddha. But they do not realize that they are Buddhas.

自信，来自你全然的接受自己！

Self confidence comes from you completely accepting who you are.

信者万善之母；疑者众恶之根。

Devotion is the mother of all good;

Doubt is the root of all evil.

真正永恒的快乐在心里，不用向外求!

The everlasting true happiness is within the Mind. Do not need to look for it outside of ourselves.

当我们面对无常时不要害怕，你要先接受它，明白这是世间的正常现象，心才能不受其苦，然后以智慧去超越。

When we face the impermanence of life, do not be afraid. You should learn to understand and accept that it is a part of common worldly phenomena. Through this way, our mind is not disturb by the sufferings it has caused and is able to transcend it with insight wisdom.

贵人从结缘当中来，不懂得结缘的人，没有贵人!

Valuable helpful friends derive from friendly association. A person who do not know how be kind to others, does not have helpful wise friends.

皈依，不是去参加一个仪式；而是面对境界考验时的一种态度。皈-是转身，依-是依靠的意思。当我们的烦恼生起时，要以三宝为依靠，懂得回头，不要再走生死的路!

Taking refuge is not just merely participating in a ceremony, but it is an attitude that one has while facing challenges of life. The meaning of "taking refuge" is to turn around and rely on. When we have mental afflictions, we must rely on the Triple Gem for guidance and learn to turn away from the path of cyclic rebirth.

我们学习了空、放下、不要执着等正见，千万不能错解佛意，将它当成不努力或是懈怠的代名词。

Cultivating the right understanding of Emptiness, letting go, and non-attachments, we must not misunderstand these teachings of the Buddha as the pronouns for not working hard or laziness.

佛陀说了这么多的法，都是在教导我们如何观心，帮助我们破除种种的分别执着，得到真正的快乐!

Buddha taught many teachings. They teach us how to contemplate our mind and help us eradicate our attachments due to erroneous understandings. This is the way to gain true happiness.

瞋恨心是慈悲的毒..

Anger is compassion’s poison.

心不安定的人，无法真正理解真理；信心不坚的人，难以获得智慧。

He whose mind is unsteady, knows not the path of Truth.
He whose faith is ever wavering, shall never reach fullness of wisdom.
